What this application is

A confidential, system-to-system (SMART Backend Services) application operated on practice-managed infrastructure. Once daily, it calls the Greenway Intergy FHIR R4 Bulk Export (Group/[id]/$export, _type=Encounter) to retrieve the prior day’s encounter records and produce an internal patient-volume report for clinic leadership.

Data handling

• Read-only access; no clinical data is created or modified.
• Retrieved data is used solely for internal operations reporting and remains within the practice.
• Not patient-facing; no third-party data sharing.
